What are the delivery times?
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and the country of destination. In France, they are generally between 24 and 48 hours. These times are provided by the carriers as an estimate.
Furthermore, they do not include the time required for order preparation in our warehouses. Nevertheless, these are very fast: orders placed after noon on day D are usually shipped the next day.
How much will shipping cost for my order?
We offer free shipping on all orders over €40 in France and €100 outside France.
For all other orders, and for full transparency, shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the products selected, the delivery country, and the chosen shipping method.
To find out the delivery cost for your order, simply add the products you are interested in to your cart, then click on the cart icon in the top right corner of the store page. You will then be taken to your order summary page. Once you enter your full delivery address, the different delivery options will appear with their respective prices.
Return shipping costs covered
You obviously have the right to withdraw and return purchased products within 14 days of receiving them.
However, the return of products is at your own expense and responsibility.
